ZEUS is the world’s first and only fully automatic machine for complete SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) production. It automates the entire sewing process – precise, repeatable, and without any manual material handling.


The fabric is clamped into two clamps and the start command is activated.
From that point on, ZEUS takes full control of the process:

• Automatic feeding of the fabric onto the table
• Fully automatic rotation of the fabric on all four sides
• Precise sewing of the SEG around the entire perimeter
• No manual guiding of the fabric required

Highest Precision & Dimensional Accuracy


Thanks to controlled fabric handling and perfectly matched parameters, tolerances remain fully under control. The textile does not distort and keeps its exact dimensions after sewing – ensuring perfectly tensioned SEG frame systems.

Two Machine Sizes ZEUS is available in two versions:

• 3 × 3 m for standard SEG frame systems
• 5 × 5 m for large-format SEG applications

Professional Sewing Technology & Automatic SEG Feeding
Equipped with a Pegasus overlock sewing head and an automatic SEG feeding system, ZEUS processes all common SEG sizes fully automatically and without manual adjustments.


Material Database, QR Code & Touchscreen Control
All materials and parameters are stored in an integrated material database.
Material selection can be done either via:

• QR code scan,
• or directly via the touchscreen

ZEUS automatically recognizes the fabric type, SEG size, and optimal settings – ensuring perfect results at the push of a button.

Statistics, Operator Performance & Service 4.0
ZEUS includes an integrated statistics and analysis system:
