Helios X

The HELIOS X was specifically developed for the demands of digital textile printing and the soft signage industry. Especially for SEG/keder frame systems, maximum precision is essential to ensure printed textiles fit perfectly into the frame.
Thanks to its intelligent scanning and compensation system, the HELIOS X automatically detects print distortions and dimensional deviations commonly found in textile printing. The software automatically adjusts the cutting file to the actual print, ensuring 100% accurate final dimensions.


The machine features an integrated 150-watt laser system and achieves cutting speeds of up to 1.5 m/s.
Optionally, the HELIOS X can be equipped with two laser heads to cut simultaneously and significantly increase productivity.
